1. General Provisions
The website PlaneJourney.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) defines the procedure for collecting, processing, storing, and protecting personal data and other information of the Users.
This Agreement is the present document with all the amendments, modifications, and mandatory documents specified therein, which constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded between the User and the Operator when using the online resources and/or features of Planejourney in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Planejourney (the “Service”) is a multifunctional software product for travelers, as defined in the Terms of Use.
The User is a fully capable individual who uses Planejourney through their personal computer and/or mobile device and accepts the terms of this Agreement.
Information Directly Provided by Users
While using our website, the User can take advantage of the service that notifies about price changes. The email address provided by the User is solely used for notifying them about price changes for the specified flight and is never used for distributing other types of mailings or disclosed to third parties. The User can opt out of receiving price change notifications at any time using the Subscription tool for flight price notifications.
Information During Flight Search
By using the Planejourney services, the User may provide us with certain information. This privacy policy explains:
- The data we collect from Users and the purposes for which we collect it;
- How we use the collected data;
Data Transmitted During Flight Search
When using the flight search form (or other tourism services presented on our website), the User needs to enter specific data:
- Departure city;
- Arrival city;
- Departure date (return flight date is optional);
- Number of airline tickets;
- Service class.
This data is necessary only for the purpose of flight search (or other services). During the search for tourism services, no data identifying the User is transmitted to our website or collected.
Cookie Files
When the User visits planejourney.com, the website sends one or more cookie files to the User’s computer or other device. These files are necessary for:
- Automatically filling in flight directions and calendar dates during flight search;
- Accounting for redirection to the partner’s website, where flight booking is done.
Use of Third-Party Services
To account for website visit statistics, planejourney.com uses third-party services. These services do not collect personal information about users of our website. Only statistical data about visits to specific pages of our website is taken into account.
