If I didn’t get a ticket

Within three hours, the seller will send a letter with the itinerary voucher (ticket) to the e-mail address you provided at the time of booking.
If the “Spam” folder is empty and it’s been three hours since your purchase, there might be an error in the email address. To receive your ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank statement or transaction confirmation SMS for the name of the seller from whom you booked the ticket.
  2. Find their contact information and get in touch.
  3. Provide your full name, travel dates, and destination.
  4. The representative will locate your booking and send your itinerary receipt to the correct email address.
